Because our products are instantly delivered digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. Please review each product page carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions
We want you to love your purchase. We will consider a refund in the following situations:
- Your file is corrupted and we're unable to provide a working replacement.
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded any files.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, in writing, from the email used to place the order.
How to Request a Refund
Email venturesaod@gmail.com with your order number, purchase email and a short description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
Chargebacks
If you have a concern with your order, please contact us first — we're friendly and quick to help. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and reported.
